Pay: Starting at $22/hour (depending on experience)

ProRecruiters is seeking a Structure Welder to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
-Perform welding tasks on fabricated parts of structural metal products in a shop setting.
-Strategically plan the sequence of welding operations to meet required quality standards.
-Select the appropriate electrode and properly insert it into the portable holder or wire it through a portable welding gun.
-Attach cables to the welding unit and adjust settings to achieve the correct amperage, voltage, slope, and pulse.
-Configure the wire feed on the welding machine for optimal performance.
-Accurately read and interpret blueprints to guide welding activities.
Position Requirements:
-Must pass 2g and 3g weld test.
-Possess strong attention to detail.
-Able to work well independently and alongside a team.
